Composite sheets made of high impact polystyrene (HIPS) are characterised by easy processing properties.
Available in different versions, e.g. with increased stress crack resistance, UV stabilisation or corona treatment.

Sheets made of a special compound of high impact polystyrene and polyethylene. Compared to pure HIPS composite sheets, our HIPS+PE-blend offers very good impact strength at low-temperatures and chemical resistance due to the PE content. The high processing shrinkage of the polyethylene is reduced to such an extent that our product can be easily thermoformed.

Products made of TPE/HIPS with an anti-slip and soft-touch surface are an economical alternative to TPU/ABS composites.
They also offer excellent thermoforming and recycling properties.

With the attribute of dissipating electrostatic voltage, our products HIPS EL (conductive) and HIPS+PE EL (conductive) are the excellent solution for e.g. transport trays in electronics manufacturing or as an
application in the ESD sector. Damages caused by electronic discharge or flying sparks can be reliably prevented.
