Our sheets of ABS+PC are designed for high mechanical stress and are characterised by an increased heat resistance and an excellent impact resistance.

Combined with a top layer of ASA our ABS+PC is not only designed for high mechanical stress but is also suitable for external application due to its ASA top layer which is weather and UV-resistant and offers as well a very good chemical resistance.

The compound with PC our sheets provide increased impact resistance and are most suitable for high mechanical stress.
Based on the wide range of the surface finish - available from super-matt to high brilliant - and the almost infinite colouring possibilities according to request – e.g. silver, metallic shades, accentual colour – this material is best suitable for design surfaces.

ABS+PC-Blend FR is the halogen-free alternative (e.g. VDE 0472 / Part 815) to the halogencontaining ABS FR compounds.
Within our different material formulations ECE-R118.03 Annex 6 + 7 + 8 or UL94-V0 can be tested and confirmed.

The key characteristic of this product is the combination of an elegant soft-touch surface of the TPU top layer (optionally also with UV stabilisation) with the excellent impact strength of the ABS+PC and the halogen-free fire protection equipment (according to VDE 0472/Part 815).
Our laboratory is equipped for testing the burning behaviour based on e.g. ECE-R118.03 Annex 6, 8.
