Training

The future belongs to young people, so it is a vital aspect for us enabling them a successful and well-founded start into working life and shaping the way forward with them. Our company has experience in solid practice-oriented training and we are pleased when specialists can later be a member of our team.

Our trainees can benefit from individual support and a monthly wage according to the tariff. After a successfully completed training, MITRAS can offer them the opportunity for a permanent job.

We hire apprentices every year for the “Process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, specialisation in semi-finished products” (Verfahrensmechaniker/-in für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, Fachrichtung Halbzeuge) and train apprentices in this area.
